Days 1–14: map the relationship system

• Who makes decisions here?
• Who blocks work (and why)?
• Where are the tension points?
• What does “good” look like?

Days 15–45: deliver one trust-building win

Pick a project that:

• reduces friction (handoffs, communication, confusion)
• helps multiple people (not just one hero)
• is finishable in 2–4 weeks

Ship it and write it down. Documenting your impact stops people from treating your work as “just vibes.”

Days 46–90: build a simple process

Life Path Number 2 scales through clarity:

• meeting structure
• decision notes
• ownership (who does what)
• a weekly check-in cadence
